This is one instance where I think almost any devil you do not know would be better than the devil you do know -- in least, in the case of the American presidency and the Oakland mayoral office.<br /><br />The underlying problem, I think, is one that once was at the top of the list, but now seems largely overlooked and neglected: Overpopulation. <br /><br />It might be possible to feed everyone in the world, but the quality of life issue is beginning to sink the boat because there simply are not enough quality jobs with meaningful salaries to provide a house, a couple of vehicles, a big, big boat, a snowmobile, a jet ski, a motorcycle and countless other items for our burgeoning population.<br /><br />The American market has reached oversaturation.
